Builder
Paul is a veteran in the building industry with over 25 years of experience. He is a born leader, managing multiple projects and keeping track of timelines. Strong attention to detail and clear communication ensures your project runs smoothly, and all expectations are met. He strives to provide the best for his clients, often cultivation long-lasting relationships. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, and he's always up for a round of golf if he has a spare moment.
Amanda Bates
Designer
Amanda is our in-house designer. She holds a degree in Interior Design with more that 15 years of experience. Her attention to detail and passion for design help you to navigate the many decisions in the building process. She is enthusiastic about creating unique spaces that best represent the personality of, and functionality needed for her clients. When not coordinating sections, Amanda is spending time with her two daughters, and Australian Shepherd fur-baby.
John Edwards
Project Manager
With over 22 years of experience in residential construction, John has built a career centered in craftsmanship and precision. His background as a high-end carpenter and cabinet builder has given him a sharp eye for quality and a passion for creating spaces that are both beautiful and enduring. Whether guiding new construction projects from the ground up or restoring historic details, John approaches every build with a commitment to excellence and a respect for the craft.
Grace Mahone
Office Administrator
Grace is born and raised in upstate SC with over seven years of experience in the construction industry. During which she has developed a passion for helping to create a space that truly feels like home for every client. Among other things she excels at organization, arranging social media and marketing, and coordinating selections. While Grace spends the majority of her free time planning her wedding, she enjoys being able to get outdoors with her Aussie pup Nora or spending time with family.
