Our Process
1. Approach
Contact Reformation Home and Paul, along with his team, will take the time to understand your vision - no matter how big, small, simple, or complex.
2. Research
The Reformation Home team will meet with you to assess the scope of work and consult with trusted trades and suppliers. Factors like environment, budget, and timeframes will guide the next steps.
3. Acceptance
Paul will provide a detailed, obligation free quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days and usually cover all costs, including materials and labor, unless otherwise quoted.
4. Commencement
After acceptance, Paul along with our Project Manager will set a formal start date, ensuring it aligns with the expectations discussed in the initial stages.
5. Collaboration
We keep communication open throughout the project, providing weekly updates for larger jobs and regular check-ins for smaller projects.
6. Completion
Upon completion, Reformation Home will conduct a formal handover. Any defects will be addressed and resolved during the handover process.
